Ticket Terms and Conditions 
The visitor attraction herein known as “Eastnor Castle" for which you are purchasing tickets for: All persons visiting Eastnor Castle are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and by acquiring one or more tickets to Eastnor Castle ("Ticket" or "Tickets") you confirm to Eastnor Castle that you accept these terms and conditions of use. Ticket holders are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Visitors" 
1. Tickets 
1.1 All persons entering Eastnor Castle must hold a valid Ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid Ticket on request may result in removal from the Attraction 
1.2  Where ticket prices vary according to age, the following provisions apply: 
1.2.1  A person of 16 years or older is classed as an adult; 
1.2.2  A person aged 3 to 15 years is classed as a child; and 
1.2.3  For children under 3 years no admission fee will be charged 
1.3  The price of tickets may vary from time to time and the prices advertised are not guaranteed 
1.4  Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered and tickets that Eastnor Castle reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. 
1.5  Eastnor Castle will not refund tickets based on customers reconsidering their purchase, or for tickets that have been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed; 
1.6  The admission ticket must be shown to ticketing staff to gain access, without this, entry will be refused.
1.7  Admission tickets must be used on the date they are valid for.  If you are unable to attend for whatever reason the ticket can be transferred to another date for the event with the same name (excluding Eastnor ChilliFest). Date exchanges must be pre-arranged with the Eastnor Castle office by calling 01531 633160 or emailing enquiries@eastnorcastle.com. Please note some events only run on 1 day therefore cannot be transferred. 
1.8  Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered and may not be sold or passed to any third party. All persons entering Eastnor Castle grounds must have a valid entrance ticket which must be retained during your visit.
1.9  Eastnor Castle reserves the right to cancel or change any event in exceptional circumstances, in the event of cancellation contact enquiries@eastnorcastle.com.
1.10  Pre-booked Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any voucher, promotion or special offer.
1.11 By entering Eastnor Estate & Castle, you consent to photography and its reproduction to be used for advertising, inclusion on the Eastnor Castle website or social media. 
2.0  These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute
